
Orange Salsa
Ingredients[]
- 2 large oranges (Florida) peeled, pith removed and diced
- 1 large tomato seeded and diced
- ⅓ cup red onion minced
- 1 tsp orange zest grated
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger root minced
- ½ jalapeno finely minced (2 tsp)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or coriander
Directions[]
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered, until ready to serve.
- Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
